Return conditions:

• The product is defective due to the manufacturer and cannot be repaired.

• The product delivered is of the wrong design and size compared to the order.

• The product is intact, unused and has full accessories and purchase invoice.

Return time: Applicable within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Refund time: 1 day from confirmation of valid refund request.

Returns are not applicable if:

• The product is damaged due to customer error.

• Used or disassembled, lost warranty stamp.

• Order according to individual requirements (size, special configuration).
