Payment policy

Order form:

  • Customers can order LED screens directly at the showroom, via the official website, fanpage or via the company's hotline.

  • The order will be confirmed after the customer agrees with the quote and payment conditions.

a) Accepted payment methods

  1. Bank transfer payment

Customers transfer money directly to the company account provided in the contract or on the official quote.

After transferring, please send confirmation or payment authorization via Zalo/email for comparison.

  1. Cash payment
    • Applicable for small transactions or direct deposit at the office.
    • There is a receipt or confirmation note attached.
    • Cash payment for large value orders is not recommended.
  2. Payment via e-wallet or online payment gateway (if any)
    • Some orders can be paid through the integrated payment gateway on the website
    • Before payment, the system will display full order information for customers to review and confirm accurate information such as:
      • Order/service name
      • Payment value
      • Details of costs incurred (if any)
      • Selected payment method
    • After the customer confirms and completes payment, the system will send a confirmation message and electronic invoice (if applicable).

b) Progress payment policy

For LED screen supply & installation contracts, we apply payment in installments:

  • 1st installment (deposit): 30–50% of contract value upon signing.
  • Stage 2: 30–40% when handing over equipment at the construction site.
  • Phase 3 (acceptance): 10–20% remaining after complete acceptance and stable operation.

c) Commitment to confidentiality of payment information

  • All information related to customers' financial transactions is absolutely confidential.
  • Website applies encryption technology and information protection according to high standards (if integrated with online payment gateway).

d) Purchase cost:

  • Product price includes 10% VAT (if any).

  • Installation and transportation costs will be agreed separately in the contract.
