1. Shipping method

• Goods are transported by trucks, specialized vehicles or third-party transport units depending on the scale, location and nature of equipment.
• For areas in the city center or where large trucks are banned, there will be appropriate transit options.

2. Shipping costs

• Free shipping within the city for orders with a value of [level A] or more.
• For projects in provinces/cities outside the free area: shipping costs will be negotiated separately based on distance, vehicle type and volume of goods.
• If the customer requests a specific means of transportation or carrier, all costs incurred will be paid by the customer.

3. Delivery time

• Equipment preparation and shipping time: from 3 - 10 working days after signing the contract and receiving the first payment (depending on the product).
• Installation and handover time: usually 1 - 5 working days, depending on scale and site conditions.
• Any changes in delivery time will be notified in advance and confirmed in writing between both parties.

4. Delivery location

• Delivery to the construction address clearly stated in the contract.
• In case the customer wants to receive the goods themselves at the warehouse, they need to notify at least 24 hours in advance and bring confirmation documents (delivery note, recipient's ID card/CCCD, recipient information).

5. Delivery process

• Before delivery, the supplier notifies the customer at least 12–24 hours in advance of the expected arrival time.
• When delivering and receiving goods, both parties check:
  • Type and quantity of equipment
  • Condition of packaging and accompanying components
• Customers sign the delivery record and keep 1 copy for comparison during warranty/maintenance.

6. Geographic limitations for delivery or service provision (if any):
Toan Trung is capable of providing services nationwide, however:

• Some special areas (borders, remote islands, prohibited shipping zones) may require longer processing time or do not support direct installation.
• In special cases, customers will be specifically notified before confirming the order or signing the contract.

7. Delineate the responsibilities of traders and organizations providing logistics services for providing goods documents during the delivery process:

• Toan Trungis responsible for fully preparing documents related to goods (invoices, delivery notes, contracts, technical drawings if any).
• The logistics units(if using a third party) is responsible for preserving the goods and handing over all documents accompanying each shipment to the customer.
• In case a problem arises (lost documents, damage, wrong delivery),Toan Trung will coordinate with the shipping unit and customerto handle it according to the warranty policy and commitments in the contract.

Installation policy:

- The company supports on-site installation with a professional technical team.

- Customers can install it themselves, the company will provide remote guidance.
