General transaction conditions
a) Conditions or restrictions on the provision of goods or services
- Scope of service provision:
LED screen supply and installation services are performed nationwide.However, some islands and areas with special geographical conditions may require longer shipping times and additional costs. - Service provision time:
Service is provided during business hours (08:00 - 17:00, from Monday to Saturday).Construction after hours, holidays or at night requires prior agreement and may incur additional costs. - Construction conditions:
The construction site must be ready, ensure safety, have a stable power source and suitable structure to install the LED screen.
b) Goods inspection and return policy
- Goods inspection policy:
Customers have the right to inspect goods right at the time of receipt or before installation.Any errors or shortages should be responded to immediately. - Return and exchange policy:
- Return period: Within7 daysfrom the date of delivery, if the product has a technical defect due to the manufacturer.
- Return conditions: Product is unused, has original seal and complete accessories.
- Refund method: Transfer or deduction from next payment.
- Return cost:
- If the error is due to the supplier:Free shipping and return.
- If the customer exchanges according to his/her own needs:The customer bears the two-way shipping fee and price difference (if any).
c) Product warranty policy
- Warranty period:
- LED screen: Minimum12 –24 monthsdepending on product line.
- Power source, control card, circuit board: Warranty according to manufacturer's standards.
- Warranty scope:
- On-site warranty or sent to technical center.
- Only applies to technical errors, does not apply to errors caused by physical impacts, natural disasters, incorrect installation procedures, or incorrect use of instructions.
- Warranty process:
- Receiving requests via phone/email.
- Technicians check and make a treatment plan within 48 working hours.
d) Service standards, supply process, fee schedule and related terms
- Service standards:
- Ensureconstruction on schedule, correct technical design and electrical safety.
- Use genuine components with clear origin.
- Service provision process:
- Solution consulting - field survey
- Quotation - contract signing
- Production - transportation - construction
- Acceptance - handover - warranty
- Fee schedule:
- Calculated based on screen size, resolution, construction location and specific technical requirements.
- Installation fee includes transportation, labor and standard components.Other arising issues will be notified and agreed upon separately.
- Additional restrictive conditions:
- Some special constructions (at high altitudes, in high humidity environments, with specific structural requirements...) need to be carefully surveyed and special construction costs may be charged.
e) Obligations of the seller and obligations of the customer
- Obligations of the seller:
- Provide the right product: Ensure the product is of the correct type, quantity, quality and technical configuration as committed in the quotation/contract.
- Installation according to schedule and techniques:
- Construction on time as agreed.
- Ensure electrical safety, solid installation structure, aesthetics and practicality.
- Provide complete records and documents: Deliver warranty card, user manual, technical drawings (if any).
- Warranty and technical support
- Carry out warranty according to the time and conditions stated in the contract.
- Responsible for technical support throughout the use process (during and after the warranty if the customer requires additional maintenance).
- Customer information security: Do not disclose personal information, contracts or project images without the customer's consent.
- Customer's obligations:
- Provide complete information
- Provide exact construction location, technical requirements, installation time.
- Make sure the premises are ready (power source, facade, structure...).
- Payment on time: Payment according to the schedule committed in the contract (deposit, payment upon delivery, acceptance...).
- Construction coordination: Create conditions for the construction team to work safely and effectively (temporary power supply, transportation support to the construction site if necessary).
- Product inspection and acceptance: Participate in technical inspection and sign the acceptance record upon completion.
- Do not arbitrarily change the system: Do not arbitrarily relocate, disassemble, or repair the product without consent from the supplier.
